CARES Job Descriptions:
 
Group Leaders:  Group Leaders are responsible for interacting with children and colleagues to provide a diverse recreational and social program for our children in a safe environment that affords them the opportunity to grow socially and emotionally and experience new opportunities through a variety of choices.

LITs:  This after school position requires individuals who enjoy working with and supervising children.  You will assist leaders in facilitating structured and informal activities. You must be at least 16 years of age to apply and currently be enrolled in a high school program or equivalent. This is an entry-level position that requires no previous experience.

Site Coordinator:  This position requires an individual who enjoys working with and supervising children and staff.  Responsibilities include program planning and implementation, staff supervision, and evaluation.  You will maintain an open line of communication between the staff and the Director and promote continuity of purpose and philosophy to the program.  (Complete job descriptions will be available upon request.)  This is a full year position to include responsibilities during school vacations and summers.  Priority will be given to candidates with demonstrated organizational abilities, strong behavior management skills, creativity, flexibility, self-motivation, the ability to lead others and an exceptional work ethic.
