Registration and Tuition

2026-2027 CARES Fall Enrollment

The Fall registration opens for the 2026-2027 School Year on May 20, 2026. DEADLINE JUNE 17, 2026, enrollments received after the deadline will be placed on a waitlist. All registration are online through CommunityPass.

CARES provides before and after school programs for students in Kindergarten through Grade 5. Programs will run at each school site with the exception of Wildwood students. Wildwood students will be housed at the West Intermediate School for the 2026-2027 school year.

Registration (which includes registration fee and first month’s tuition) is first come, first serve based on availability. All tuition payments must be made through Community Pass, either by credit card or e-check.

Registration fee and all monthly tuitions are NON-REFUNDABLE AND THERE WILL BE NO CREDITS APPLIED FOR CANCELATIONS.

Please keep in mind there will be NO SCHEDULE CHANGES between August 12, 2026 and November 30, 2026.

Tuition is on a month to month basis, payments are due the first of each month. Please keep in mind, if you are planning on changing your child's schedule, you will need make a request at least 2 weeks prior to tuition posting on the first of the month. No credits or reimbursements for schedule changes or withdrawals made after tuition is posted on the first of the month. This also applies to any other changes through out the school year.

EARLY RELEASE DAYS!
Early release days are a separate enrollment, the additional cost for each day is $15.00, which you will be able to register for during registration. There are 7 early release days for the school year, five of them being on Wednesday and two on Thursday. Your child/children are only eligible to attend if it is their regular scheduled afternoon is on an early release day. Please keep in mind, if you drop a day that an early release day is on, your child is no longer eligible to attend the early release day and is non-refundable/credited. Space is limited due to staffing constraints.

Early release days will not be offered after the registration deadline.

TUITION RATES

Please see chart below for rates. All tuition rates are per month (10 equal payments to cover the 180 school days). First months tuition is due at time of registration along with a $20.00 registration fee for each child. Second payment is due on October 1st and all payments following are due on the first of every month. June 1st is the last payment for the school year.

There is a 20% sibling discount.
